Hampton Inn Odessa Trinity

We had a great experience at this property and would recommend it to anyone. Very clean and very friendly staff. We were on a road trip and when communicating that we would be late for check in, the staff was very friendly. Even though we checked in past 12:00 am, we were still greeted with amazing hospitality. The breakfast in the morning was great and the woman who was the chef went above and beyond her job! Every worker was super friendly and you could tell they love their job! Even the washrooms in the main lobby have feminine hygiene products. This hotel also is great at the fine details and listening to accommodations.

Front desk and common area staff were wonderful. Snacks in the afternoon were a nice touch. A water station next to the all day coffee at the front would have been nice, but it might have been somewhere else, I just couldn’t find it. The room was spacious (handicap accessible) and my floor was nice and quiet. So this worked out quite well for my 80 year old senior citizen mother. The room could have been cleaner. I tend to go barefooted, and the soles of my feet were always dirty after walking around in the room. (No slippers provided.) The A/C is nice and cold, but loud. I tried to think of it as “white noise”. LOL. The shampoo/conditioner/body soap line is amazing. I liked this line- “Zero”, so much that I will go on-line and try to order their products. All in all, we had a great stay. Thank you Hampton Inn Odessa!

Very friendly and attentive staff. Quiet rooms despite on weekends having a wedding, a soccer meeting with teenagers and a club meeting. Clean and efficient. Very near gas, dollar store, Starbucks, and Burger King. A state forest reserve is just to the west on SR 54. Tons of shopping to the east. The gulf is about 30-45 minutes away. Veterans Tollroad (589) is about 10-15 minutes east off SR 54

Breakfast was fantastic! They had a good variety of options and all high quality. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They provided lots of little extras like plastic utensils, paper plates, and even a free iced coffee bar! They seemed to really care about giving you a great stay and I this was one of the best value hotels I've stayed at in a long time.

This was our 2nd visit in a month. Again, kudos to housekeeping! I never been in a hotel bathroom cleaner than ours. Spotless. How they got those lovely glass shower doors so clean is beyond me.
